Sweet & Savory Burger


1.5lb ground sirloin
1.5lb ground chuck
2 tbsp. Castella Worcestershire Sauce
1.5 tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp Castella Ground Black Pepper
8 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
8 Slices of Red Onion (1/4 inch thick)
8 Slices of Fresh Pineapple (1/4 inch thick)
Castella BBQ Sauce
8 Potato Rolls


  1. Heat grill to medium (350°F to 400°F).
  2. Place sirloin, chuck, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl; Gently combine using your hands.
  3. Shape mixture into 8 patties.
  4. Grill patties, covered, until beef is no longer pink in center, 5 to 6 minutes per side. Top each patty with 1 cheese slice; remove from grill. Cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
  5. Lightly coat onion and pineapple slices with cooking spray. Grill, uncovered, until grill marks appear and onion and pineapple are heated through, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  6. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons BBQ Sauce on cut sides of rolls. Layer patties, onion slices, and pineapple slices on bottom halves of rolls. Cover with tops of rolls.
