Linguine with Tomatoes and Olives


1 Pkg. (9 Oz.) Fresh or Dry Linguine
2 (14.5 Oz. each) Cans Italian-Style Diced Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Castella Pitted Kalamata Olives (diced)
1 1/2 Tbsp. Aegean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Small Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Basil
1 Tbsp. Castella Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
1/2 Cup Castella Crumbled Feta Cheese 


  1. Combine the tomatoes, "Castella" Kalamata Pitted Olives, diced fine, "LIRA" Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic, basil and "Castella" Balsamic Vinegar in a medium saucepan. Cook these ingredients over a low heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove it from the heat and let stand about 5 minutes.    
  3. Toss the pasta with cooked tomato mixture and then sprinkle with "Castella" Crumbled Feta Cheese.    
  4. This is an easy healthy dish to prepare and low in calories. Its great for making that quick meal on the go, that tastes like it took hours to prepare.
