Pizza with Artichokes and Capers


Your favorite pizza crust
¼ cup Aegean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup Castella Green Pitted Olives, sliced
½ cup Castella Marinated Artichokes, sliced
2 tbsp Castella Capers Non Pareil
2 tbsp Castella Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp  Castella Rosemary Leaves
to taste Coarse Salt
to taste Pecorino Romano Cheese


  1. Place a baking stone in oven and preheat to 475° F for half an hour at least.
  2. Stretch the dough to your desired thickness, drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil, spread green olives, artichokes, capers, rosemary leaves, parmesan cheese and coarse salt.
  3. Baked until gold brown, shave some pecorino.
