Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza


1/3 cup grape tomatoes – halved
¼ cup Castella Kalamata Olives – halved
¼ cup Castella Marinated Artichoke Hearts – chopped
¼ cup Castella Roasted Red Peppers – chopped
4-5 cloves Castella Roasted Garlic – minced
1 tsp. Castella Lime Juice
2 tsps. Castella Parsley
1 tbsp. Aegean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1-2oz Castella Feta cheese
½ ball of premade pizza dough


  1. In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, olive, artichokes, roasted red peppers, garlic, lime juice and parsley. Toss until well combined and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll pizza dough out in a rectangle that is about 8x12 inches. Transfer to an oiled or parchment covered baking tray.
  3. Rub dough with olive oil and sprinkle olive mixture evenly over dough. Follow with feta, as desired.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust in crisp. Remove from baking tray, cut and sprinkle with parsley.
