Castella Imports

Italian Bread Dipping Oil


A pinch of Castella Basil (for each bowl)
A pinch of Castella Oregano (for each bowl)
3 cloves of garlic peeled and crushed (optional)
½ cup of Aegean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3-6 Tbsp. Castella Balsamic Vinegar of Modena


  1. Divide oil into 3 parts in individual, small shallow dipping bowls
  2. Add 1-2 Tbsp. of balsamic vinegar to each bowl.
  3. Add Crushed garlic (1 per bowl)
  4. Add a pinch or 2 of basil and oregano to each bowl.
  5. Serve with freshly warmed crusty bread
