IT Help Desk
Some responsiblilties of the IT Help Desk include maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. They are also responsible for performing daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs. The IT Help Desk repairs and recovers from hardware and software failures

Operations Analyst
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, data collection, metrics/KPI analysis, cost reduction initiatives and project management in support of the distribution center. Additionally, the Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that our customers, drivers, carriers and internal personnel are updated regarding all Logistics activity occurring in the shift hours worked. Essential responsibilities include dispatching company drivers, Owner Operators and Brokered Carriers, tracking the pickup and delivery of containers and LTL / TL orders, communicating any issues and bringing concerns to resolution. Duties may also include coordinating projects and essential tasks with customer service teams for container moves, LTL consolidation and dedicated program orders, as well as some management of facility issues (ex. dock, reefer units, building maintenance, etc.).
