The buyer will be responsible for purchasing all items as identified by individuals on a purchase order following company policies and procedures. Manage all purchased items including ingredients, packaging, finished goods, and any item required for the facility. They are responsible to maintain proper inventory levels, negotiate pricing for products based on specifications, and source new suppliers.
The Cargo Handler will be responsible for safely operating large equiptment to  load and unload trucks; transport packages and materials as needed. They are also resposible to loading and unloading floor stacked materials on or from pallets by hand, and preparing various documents and counts, weighing packages, and performing material inspections for all loads.
Castella drivers deliver to customers across the Continental United States on a weekly basis. The fleet includes, straight trucks, day cabs and 2017 and 2018 Freightliner Cascadia Evolution tractors. As a Castella Logistics Associate (Driver), you will join a team of professionals who deliver superior customer service and have the latest technology. All drivers will be issued a cellular telephone, receive food allowance, and performance based incentive bonuses.
East Coast Regional Sales is responsible for maintaing and growing a base of existing and additional food service customers by creating and executing business development and marketing plans with customers, pursuing and developing information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics and relaying information to the rest of the sales team and working closely with customer serviceto best address customer's needs. They are also responsible for monitoring accounts receivable and working with customers to keep their accounts current, personally call on accounts on a regular basis to solidify relationships and grow business and manage all pricing, drop size, order days, order processing and marketing programs for customer base.

Food Production Workers must be able to work in a warehouse/production environment. Hours are 7:30am-4pm Monday through Friday or night shift starting at 4;30pm. Some overtime may be available and some Saturdays might be required. This is an entry level position with growth potential.

Import Coordinator

The Imports Coordinator is responsible for effectively coordinating all international shipments for Castella.

Jr Cost Accountant
The cost accountant is responsible for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities. The cost accountant must also construct and monitor the cost-effective data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate level of costing information to management and the production and monitoring of the price list.

Mechanical Technician
The maintenance mechanic must be able to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment and packaging lines. You must be able to rebuild and fabricate parts, complete assigned work orders in a timely fashion and generate parts orders in ensure proper inventory levels. You must be able to perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.
 
Production Line Lead
The Production Line Lead will oversee day-to-day operations of their assigned line or machines. The lead will provide direction to regular and temporary workers to ensure the safe and effective execution of scheduled production. The Line Leader will be responsible for an individual production line and have 4-8 direct reports. He/she will serve as the team leader for the assigned line or machine. This position will report to the assigned production supervisor or manager. The Production Line Leader is responsible for turning raw products in to finished products. He/she will follow a production schedule and will be responsible for meeting daily goals.

Production Planner Scheduler
The Production Planner Scheduler is responsible for developing and distributing production schedules to departments, reviewing documents such as production schedules, work orders, or staffing tables and working interdepartmentally to arrange for delivery, assembly or distribution of supplies or parts. They are also responsible for recording production data, including volume produced consumption of raw materials or quality control measures and calculating figures such as required amount of labor or materials, manufacturing costs or wages and using adding machines, calculators or computers.

Quality Room Inspector
The Quality Room Inspector position is responsible for ensuring that stated QA procedures are followed on a daily basis, file maintenance of HACCP, GMP and all Quality Assurance records and forms as well as all other Quality Assurance needs.

Retail Field Sales Representative/Specialty Food

Sanitation Position
The Sanitation position is responsible for ensuring complience to all Sanitation Programs and Quality, ensuring the safety of all employees by performing sanitation activities on production floor and warehouse areas, including disassembly, clean, sanitize and reassembly of equiptment. They are also expected to recommend changes in equiptment, plant layout and work practices to improve sanitation standards, maintain sanitation equiptment including CIP skids, floor scrubber and foamer and validate that all periodical cleaning of areas are completed and documented as per MSS.

Shipping and Receiving Clerk
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for generating Bill of Ladings, processing warehouse transfers and product transfers, entering inventory adjustments, receiving trucks, booking appointments, maintaining accurate records, answering phone calls and emails and responding to the needs of the warehouse and sales staff.
