Buyer
The buyer will be responsible for purchasing all items as identified by individuals on a purchase order following company policies and procedures. Manage all purchased items including ingredients, packaging, finished goods, and any item required for the facility. They are responsible to maintain proper inventory levels, negotiate pricing for products based on specifications, and source new suppliers.
Food service experience preferred for this position.

Field Sales Representative
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for maintaing and growing a base of existing and additional food service customers by creating and executing business development and marketing plans with customers, pursuing and developing information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics and relaying information to the rest of the sales team and working closely with customer service to best address customer's needs. They are also responsible for monitoring accounts receivable and working with customers to keep their accounts current, personally call on accounts on a regular basis to solidify relationships and grow business and manage all pricing, drop size, order days, order processing and marketing programs for customer base.Local travel via auto most days and some over night travel required within assigned region.

Help Desk Technician

Castella Import is seeking an eager help desk technician to join our team. Successful candidates must have the ability to work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively with non-technical end users in a courteous, polite and helpful manner. Provide technical support to 75+ employees. Configuring new workstations and deploying them to end users.

Inventory Control Supervisor
The Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for all products that enter and leave the warehouse. The primary focus for the inventory control team is to support the warehouse accountability while protecting the financial and physical assets of the company. This person is focused on all back-of-house operations, primarily focused on shipping/receiving, replenishment and inventory control. This role involves administration and inventory management to support business demands.


Jr Cost Accountant
The cost accountant is responsible for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities. The cost accountant must also construct and monitor the cost-effective data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate level of costing information to management and the production and monitoring of the price list.

Mechanical Technician
The maintenance mechanic must be able to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment and packaging lines. You must be able to rebuild and fabricate parts, complete assigned work orders in a timely fashion and generate parts orders in ensure proper inventory levels. You must be able to perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.


Production Planner Scheduler
The Production Planner Schduler is responsible for developing and distributing production schedules to departments, maintaining inventories of materials or supplies, working interdepartmentally to arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules. Must be able to work flexible hours.


Quality Room Inspector
The Quality Room Inspector position is responsible for ensuring that stated QA procedures are followed on a daily basis, file maintenance of HACCP, GMP and all Quality Assurance records and forms as well as all other Quality Assurance needs.

Retail Field Sales Representative/Specialty Food
