Customer Service
The customer service representative is responsible maintain a professional and courteous relationship with the customers to ensure a full understanding of their needs. You will be the key point of contact for all parts of the order fulfillment process between Castella and the Customer. You will communicate with customers via phone, e-mail, fax or EDI. You will receive and accurately manage customer orders from placement to invoice and act as a liaison between customers and the various company departments. They include but are not limited to, Sales, Accounting, Inventory Planning, Plant Operations, Transportation, and Business Development.
